Re: Adobe Acrobat fatal error.... Failed to connect to a DDE Server

I have a user that is using Windows 10.  She has the adobe suite (everything is updated). Any time she tries to open a ,pdf to view it, she is getting an error message: acrobate failed to connect to dde server.

Any ideas or suggestions are welcome.
